Very sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and we'll spoken. However, there's a huge lack of communication and a huge lack of respect for deadlines and or efficiency. I was told 120 days and it's now going on 192 days, and I haven't heard anything from her, and my grandmother passed away almost two years ago. I am in desperate need of a car, being as I'm a single mother. I explained this to her as well. It's kinda disappointing honestly.
