The staff at Carlock have been nothing but nice! I bought a new car in 2007 and have continued to take it there to have it serviced because they have bent over backwards to help me. I am very impressed with them and I WILL BUY buy my next car from them!!!
This place doesn't deserve a star. My personal experience was horrible. The "salesman" sold me a 4 cyl car when I specifically requested a 6 cyl. After the paperwork was signed and it was discovered I'd been cheated, the salesman, general manager or owner would not make it right. Due to this experience I HATE the car I got stuck with. Buyers beware!
