I’m a new Alfa Romeo owner/customer and each time I drop my car off at this dealership, I know that I’m leaving it in excellent hands. The service videos are unlike anything any other dealer has given me. The advisors are always friendly and accommodating. Specifically, Jack Stracner who is usually my point man for my service visits who is always polite and professional. Would recommend this dealer for sure. I love my car and it seems like the dealer treats it like they love it too.
Excellent service! They called and arranged a Lyft to take us to downtown Franklin and made the entire process seamless. Communication was great, everything was on time, and pickup was smooth. Really appreciate how easy they made it would definitely use them again!
My experience with AF Nashville has been outstanding over the past three years. The service departnent has been super, as well. My highest marks go to Jack, my service coordinator. Jack is courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, most importantly, a top notch communicator. Thx to all at Carlock motors.

Nicole was fantastic, talk about a kind personable just overall lovely person! She showed me two great vehicles. I came to see the Stelvio and she ended up showing me a Masserati that fit almost all of my needs and helped me in making a decision about what was important to me. She listened to me, we struck up a great conversation, and the follow up texts were just that extra touch of service I really appreciated.
