I was very impressed with the service i received, Jack is professional and courteous, and the video inspections are amazing
Unfortunately, I have had multiple really bad experiences here. The latest has been a nearly yearlong saga. I took my car there (under warranty) in Spring 2024 for what I believed to be a transmission related issue. The dealer did over $1,000 of repairs that lasted the entire summer and still billed me for $700 worth of work that never actually fixed the car. I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership for service. I have had multiple horrible experiences here, but the latest has been an absolute nightmare—stretching nearly a year with no resolution in sight. It's hard to get a hold of the parts dept. For what we pay for these cars, it shouldn't take multiple days to get someone to answer.
I had an excellent experience getting my alfa romeo serviced here! Everyone was super friendly. The tech got me my car back in half the time quoted. Even small details like I said I enjoyed the scent of a candle they had lit in the managers office and when I got back in my car, there was a brand new candle in that scent left on my center console!:)
