I went in for a recall. Everyone was nice, they washed my car after they fixed the recall. Very pleasant experience.
A-plus service today at Carlock Motorcars in Brentwood! Jack Stracner was terrific getting me all set up— explained the process (it was my car’s first service visit), fully & patiently answered several technical questions, kept in touch as I waited. Amazing coffee bar, even a helpful and engaging concierge! Could not have asked for more. In fact, it turned out that I was in no rush to leave! This is THE way to treat customers. 100% recommended.
Jack and Emma are the best! My husbae end up buying me an Alfa Romeo due to Jack awesome customer service and explaining the pros and cons of this car. We came into the dealership a couple of weeks later to check on some things and I suggested about some better snacks in the service department...well the service manager Ashby executed the same day. How impressive and he was very receptive. I'm going to enjoy this car knowing I have service Advisors and manager are there for you!
