We have used Carlo twice on home sales and each was completed smoothly and fully met our expectations. Carlo is friendly, very knowledgeable and accommodating/supportive. My most recent use, Nov 2025, is an excellent example of his quality. I was selling a home while I live out of state and was performing a trustee role for a title split across two trusts.
