This is an okay clinic. It's huge, well staffed ane clean. However, you will wait here a long time before you get seen. It is not well managed and it is sad as there's dozens of staff running around constantly to do stuff. This is okay but my experiences here are relatively lacking - up to your own risk if you are served here. Some people are wonderful on their own.
I regularly attend my doctors appointments in this nice new building and I always wash my hands in the fourth floor men’s bathroom and it’s consistently takes well over two minutes of running both faucets to get hot water. Why is this like this? Please address this!
I have been going here for years but now am considering going elsewhere. Past few time I have visited and called have felt like I was putting people out. There has become such a lack of compassion and empathy from so many providers and nurses. With several health issues fear is something I deal with and trying to get answers just to be snapped at and ignored. I drive over an hour to come here, well thinking I am done now.
This is without a doubt one of the most mismanaged healthcare corporations in the US! Understaffed in EVERY area (doctors, nurses, even food services). My mother spent 3 days in the ER stroking before being transferred to palliative care when someone finally consulted with a neurologist. Employees did not receive Christmas bonuses - purportedly because of all the highly profitable elective procedures (most of which are NOT considered “elective” by patients 😤) cancelled due to COVID concerns.
