Am giving no stars to this place. He agreed to fix a family member's car and said that it would be ready in a week. After the 1st week he changed the date again. Ignored our phone calls and finally at the end of the 2nd week we took the car. He didn't even start any work on it. Very dishonest and unreliable. We took the car somewhere else and it was fixed within a day. Avoid the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
Made an appointment two weeks in advance and they held my car for two weeks without doing any work to it. I had to take it somewhere else and it took 1 day to complete. Would not recommend
My wife and I had car trouble (drive belt/tensioner broke) on the highway going up to Lake George. Baby in tow. We luckily made it to Carlito’s Garage and the service was very quick, and very good, and I feel like I got charged a totally fair price. We were heading to our vacay and he saved us. Highly recommend for any auto job. Thanks so much. Ian
In the beginning I thought Carlitos was a great place to take my car until he proved otherwise Multiple times I had a early morning appointments and he kept my car all day by 4 o'clock even though I asked him to please have it done in the morning. My LAST visit to him I had a fuel smell in my car. Carlito speaking with my son they determined it could be the fuel injectors, and/or the fuel cover gasket.
