We came upstairs because we were being ignored from the bartenders downstairs. Greg from Carlitas made us feel so welcome and his service was impeccable. I have a very specific martini order and he perfected it. He was prompt, personable & so attentive. I will be back only to see him. His energy is so refreshing.
Greg, the bartender, is one of the best bartenders in this town. Makes the best dirty martinis.
The food and the atmosphere is amazing! The manager (David) is great as well

I was very disappointed by both the food and service at Carlitas in Eugene. I ordered a Mojito drink. They didnt have mint and instead of the server asking if I wanted something else, they decided to use mint syrup instead. It also took us forever to get our food ordered. Then it took even longer for us to get our food. We started to realize that there were tables that had arrived after us and got their food and was almost finished before we got our food.
