PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not go to this ultrasound clinic. The whole office is so unprofessional. They didn’t know how to use the equipment. We’re on the phone during the appointment even after I said multiple times to get off the phone. They completely disrespected me made me feel worthless. Please do not go here.

Had my ultrasound done today. Service was smooth. Tech was great. Receptionist was very polite and cordial. Would recommend the clinic 10/10.
Was referred by my doctor due to wait times in Hamilton. Fantastic technician, arrived at 8:55 to a waiting room with a less than pleased person looking to book an appointment. The tech advised the receptionist was late and she would check me in and apologized to us both. She was polite, professional and soft spoken even when confronted with an aggressive customer before me.
