Jay no longer owns Carlisle mobile park. It's owned by someone in Florida. Rent is outrages $270.00 + more . Don't come here. Another extra $100.00 coming in the new year. Rent will be $786 mth.
I have lived at 2901 Carlisle Blvd NE D 35, Albuquerque, NM 87110 a little more than 3 years. I have found Carlisle Plaza Senior Mobile Home Park an excellent place to live. A great thing they do at this Senior Mobile Park is usually twice a month they have Bingo, and one of the two times a month they also have Potluck, where each tenant brings a Desert or something that will go good with the Main course the Management will bring. These Potluck and Bingo nights are a great way to get to know your neighbor's.
It’s not a senior community anymore. The lot fees are out of control. There are zero perks. Zero amenities.
Has the management changed? Who is managing this place now. It was a guy named Jay is he still there?
