Buyer beware - if you are applying for Regency Woods Mobile Park. They will take your application fee and pocket it without actually running you through their system and will deny you. Myself and others have applied and were told no, one had no criminal background and a credit score of 850. I have decent credit and no criminal background.

Lynn is great. Place is clean and safe. I rented this for my mom's stuff when she gave up her apt and moved in with me, my husband and 2 boys so we could take care of her. When she passed away 2 years ago I'm just not ready to get rid of everything. I go thru little at a time. I fell behind when my mom passed cuz I just honestly lost myself. They understood. Very reasonably priced.
This place manages Regency Mobile Home Parks on Wertzville Rd, Carlisle address. After checking our credit, their is no recent date of the park office running our application. $50 was pocketed & the shady lady innthe office refused to tell us who the 3rd party is that "ran the application". 3/3/23
