Internet access was USELESS to the point our office was unusable for our business. Connection was dropped numerous times per hour 24/7 for 15 months. The issue was never remedied, yet we were required to pay $3000 in rent to fulfill our contract. This is WRONG given that they didn’t fulfill their contract with us by providing dependable internet access.
