I emailed the practice and made a formal complaint regarding my experience with Dr Vino in 2024, but I never received a response. I was extremely disappointed by both my experience and the practice’s handling of my complaint. Given the recent reports regarding Dr Vino, I feel vindicated in raising my concerns. I would not recommend this doctor or practice, they’re useless.
Little wait time but doctor was rude and quick to get me out, I was in with the doctor for less than 5 min.
Just waited half a minute before my appointment, friendly staff. Very easy parking behind the medical centre. A must. Thanks
