This is a great clinic. Highly recommend
If you think you're gonna get through to book an appointment, you're sorely mistaken. If you want to be able to actually have an appointment when you're sick, find another doctor. Chances are you'll be healthy again by the time you get a cal through. Horrible reception. It takes hours, maybe even days just to get a 3 minute call to get to a 10 minute appointment. God awful service And if you think you've finally gotten it, now you get to wait half an hour for the doctor to show up
Do miss the old Carlisle Medical Centre in Carlisle, really enjoyed the drive through the little town. Here are some pics to cherish and hopefully they kept that old Medical cabinet they had in the waiting room. Their new office is really nice and all the Dr's and front staff are really great!
As a client of their practise I am always impressed by their service. I needed access on weekend before I left for states for sinus infection and they were great getting me prescription and seeing me on short notice.
I have never received such amazing care! I am beyond complicated and this medical team has only ever made me feel heard, supported and above all, cared for! I feel that they really go above and beyond!
