Beautiful new office, with the kindest Dr's, nurses and support staff.
Britney is a very nasty and unprofessional. She cancelled a prescription from my pharmacy and then stating a prescription wasn’t sent in - it was There are 4 receptionists and a office manager I would say at a annual salary of 25,000 for the receptionists each and a salary for an office manager (whom I asked to call me and instead had the head receptionist call me back with a nasty attitude I have contacted the CPSO
Took 10 minutes to take my call, called in at 9:01 when they opened. The clinic isnt taking new patients, the receptionist was helpful.
This medical centre has a chronic issue with reception being understaffed. It's to the point that they have a 3 day waiting period for reception to offer you an apt, you have 23 hours to accept it or they move on. I have no idea what would happen if the offered appointment time didn't work for you, you would probably have to wait another 3 days for a response. So I hope you don't have anything urgent that needs to be looked at by a medical professional. Moving to a newer larger office hasn't done anything to improve the mess... read more
