Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing experience with Carlisle Homes. What you request and pay for, you often don’t get. We designed our electrical plan based on their own display home, including a second switch in the bathroom. Despite paying for it and clearly specifying it, they flat-out refused to install it, hiding behind so-called “regulations” that did not apply at the time of our build. Sales consultant Shane was rude and arrogant and I would not recommend this place at all. Such a shame as Carlisle have beautiful display homes but this was by far the worst consultant I have spoken with.
Jackie Si is an absolute life saver! Her customer service is exceptional, and she demonstrated incredible patience, professionalism, and guidance throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to help us turn our dream into a reality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!. Looking forward for my journey ahead with Carlisle Homes. So far, it’s 7star!!!!
