From the first day we entered the office, Hannah greeted us with a smile. The whole process was done in such a professional and caring manner which made us feel that we were in good hands. Edit: It is now 28/11/22 Carlisle still has not repair extensive items on my wife and I's property, despite the contract between us on our PCI and warranty reports stating that work must be completed prior to moving in (PCI) and within 60 days of notice (warranty report) We found that once final payment was received so we could receive keys, any and all urgency was dropped and the company started treating us as a joke.
