Do Not recommend I had my home built by Carlisle, with handover completed in May 2025. Not long after moving in, a leaking pipe in the laundry caused damage to my tiles and water damage to the base shelf and the back timber panel. When I reported the issue, Carlisle’s proposed “solution” was to simply glue another shelf on top of the damaged one instead of properly replacing it. From the first day we entered the office, Hannah greeted us with a smile. The whole process was done in such a professional and caring manner which made us feel that we were in good hands. Very happy with the professional customer service. The Illawara Grand Master is an amazing house and we are so happy to build with Carlisle Homes. I highly recommend you deal with Hannah.
Edit: It is now 28/11/22 Carlisle still has not repair extensive items on my wife and I's property, despite the contract between us on our PCI and warranty reports stating that work must be completed prior to moving in (PCI) and within 60 days of notice (warranty report) We found that once final payment was received so we could receive keys, any and all urgency was dropped and the company started treating us as a joke.
