He personally installed the equipment, which is rarely seen in these types of businesses. He explained everything throughly and did exactly what was promised. My air conditioning unit went out on a Sunday evening when I had a bunch of company over. After calling three other companies with no reply, Brent was the only one that picked up and didn't charge to come look at the unit. Thankfully he was able to get the unit working again and saved the day! I've never experienced such good customer service all my life. Service was very professional, transparent, and affordable. I'm telling all my friends, thanks again for saving the day :)
