Worst tech support and customer service on the planet. Bought a 6k$ Powdercoat machine, worked phenomally until it didnt. Within a year warranty ended up having to purchase a gun for an additional gun and electrode, then was told to purchase a cable (but still under warranty) Couldnt buy direct and they wouldnt direct me where to purchase from since the original vendor was no longer selling powder equipment (2020-2021.
