Love this environment
Went here because my right nostril is basically useless, plus another concerning problem. Like maybe a collapsing trachea? Like I can't breathe at all. Went up my nose, right side only told me there was nothing wrong and said to take antacids WTHF. So I started taking antacids within 2 weeks I had 4 episodes of choking!!!! He was way too dismissive for me.
Too many tests performed without my knowledge or consent, and I had to pay over $300 out of pocket. When I asked the billing manager about extra charges for tests I wasn't made aware of, she told me that I should "expect a specialist to do whatever testing s/he thinks is necessary." I never got test results (although I asked in writing). Unprofessional and unethical.
Dr. Ferraro laughed when I said a medication he prescribed gave me hives. And he apparently performed tests without my knowledge or consent, and I had to pay over $300 out-of-pocket.
