Extremely disappointed with this company. If you are looking to replace aspects of your bathroom look elsewhere. 3 years on and we’re still waiting for a replacement of panels in our shower which have warped due to poor initial workmanship. Raymond was unprofessional, our paperwork kept on being misplaced during the whole process, lack of communication throughout and it feels like we have been fobbed off via email and in person that the issues would be sorted and have now been left and ignored. Raymond is a lovely man. He was recommended by my son, who had just had a bathroom fitted. Because we only have one bathroom, we decided to have our bathroom done whilst we were away on holiday. The brochure Raymond gave us, with all the different choices was mind-boggling, but talking to him and looking in the showroom helped massively in narrowing down the choices. 27th September just had Raymond's lads strip out the old bathroom refit with a walkin shower all fitting in house extremely pleased with total finish cleaned up afterwards. J short.
Very pleased quality and finish of the fitting excellent would highly recommend. bathroom fitters very professional left area clean tidy sign of a good workman.
