Had a 1030 appointment. Showed up on time. They had no one to work on my car. Said wait a bit. There was no air conditioning or anywhere to wait. They was boxes and stuff everywhere. I went home and called 2 hours later. They said wait 20 minutes. At this point I gave up. Called a well known car place in town and got another appointment. One of the reasons I love Creston is that you can do business here without worrying about being ripped off if you use an established businessman. Who do you go to for major repairs on your auto? There are so many recommended around Creston. I chose Dave at Carlisle Automotive Repair Inc. I was pleased with the fair quote he gave me, and got the work done in a timely manner. Great and fast service called on a Wednesday and was in on a friday got the brakes working on the car again! Know what they are doing and will return again in the future.

Excellent and efficient service. They were able to complete a repair for me in a weeks less time than the service center I normally go to would have even been able to get me in for diagnostics. Thankful to have a reputable shop in town to relieve me of towing vehicles to Des Moines to be fixed.
