I have been going here for many years and have never had issues. Dr. Harald Lausen is a great doctor, he never makes you feel rushed like most doctors and really takes his time to understand your needs. I’ve seen other doctors there as well when he isn’t available and they have also been great. Nurses are friendly and so is office staff and someone is always available to answer the phones unlike the last office I left. Very happy with Carlinville family health care!
Feel free to go here if you’re okay with being lied to and reported for child abuse/medical negligence when you did nothing wrong. I had called the office (my daughter and I had been patients here for roughly 5 years) to see about getting her an interim appointment for her mental health situation. She’d already been referred to an NP specializing in mental health but the appointment was not for another week. If I could rate lower I would. This place...I have no idea how it's a 5 it must be employees friends and family giving ratings. Please do not go here or take loved ones here. They repeatedly drop the ball with health care, documentation and communication. They do not listen to patients and do not follow through on promised actions, and are blatantly uncaring, especially the carlinville office. I am in the process of finding a new physician and urging my friends and family to avoid any of their facilities.
