I made arrangements to make payments on my hospital bill they ended up turning it over to a collection agency they said they were emailing me statements which they were not far as I'm concerned they're worthless
The doctors and nurses are great at vlinic however their check in process is a total nightmare. 1 lady trying to get everyone's names with the line backed out the door. 3 woman doing registration for all the clinics. This is why most other hospitals have a check in for each department. I was 30 minutes late for my appointment even though I arrived 15 minutes early all because registration could not keep up.
Nice facility, and staff , but when you need transferred don't believe them when you are told everything is taken care of. We pull into St. John's on Tuesday we were told those tests are only on Thursday, and they didn't know anything about it us coming in. Flat out lie to your face.
I have been there over 25 times in the last 3 years. Every clinic I’ve been to and every staff member made each experience as pleasant as was possible. Plenty of handicapped parking and regular parking. Better than average wait times for appointments and emergency room visits. This is a smaller sized hospital that is large enough to provide “Big City Services “ but small enough to have that old fashioned attitude of excellent patient care.
Horrible patient care and rude staff.
