I do not understand being able to send someone home suffering multiple times and refuse care and tell you to go to your regular doctor when they will have to send you to another doctor in the meantime I'm in excruciating pain and no one bothers to lower the pain level. Also why do they ask if you have enough to eat, if you have a place to stay and a car when they have zero help to offer, I don't know how that is called caring for patients...........good luck I wanted to give a zero star because you forget we are people too a... read more

Several of the emergency room nurses are rude and disrespectful. You leave feeling like you are nothing but dirt. I will NEVER EVER go back. I wish the kind nurses works come back to ER. If you can't treat a patient with respect, you need another job. Sherry at Carlinville Family Clinic is amazing. It's been a long time since I've had a doctor invest themselves to find out what's going on. She is extremely relatable.

Well all I'm going to say is this is the most unprofessional hospital I've ever been to and I've been to hospitals all my life. First I'm going to say is whoever is in charge doesn't do their job they place the blame on the lower employees just so they can feel better about theirselves but when confronted they get upset and redirect the blame and two they don't even really let you see the doctors they let you see the pediatricians that don't even have a clue what they're doing and have you take meds just to see what will hap... read more

This is the worst hospital around. I would be dying and not step foot in this place. If you have family staying at this hospital they won’t be treated right. And the staff will also not treat YOU the family of the person right either. The ER staff are all rude/mean/don’t want to deal with you. Very rude ER staff. Not friendly no bedside manner. They just don’t really give a crap about anything. I would suggest a lot of them in that department find a different job, there in the wrong place and atmosphere because working in a hospital hospitality kindness friendliness helpfulness should be a given. Especially for people in the ER department.
