There should be a way to contact your doctors to update them on new prescriptions. How am I supposed to update them, like the Dr herself says, with no way to contact them?? Makes no sense, it's a good thing my side effects are just uncomfortable and not worse.
I made arrangements to make payments on my hospital bill they ended up turning it over to a collection agency they said they were emailing me statements which they were not far as I'm concerned they're worthless
The doctors and nurses are great at vlinic however their check in process is a total nightmare. 1 lady trying to get everyone's names with the line backed out the door. 3 woman doing registration for all the clinics. This is why most other hospitals have a check in for each department. I was 30 minutes late for my appointment even though I arrived 15 minutes early all because registration could not keep up.
