I have been using Mai for the past two years and have found her to be professional and polite. She will always go out of her way to ensure your treatments are done with care and properly.
Horrible time management and hygiene. I called and made an appointment 3 days before when I was supposed to be there. They made me wait over 40 minutes and kept saying the tech is coming. I left.

Anna absolutely nailed it! I asked for long, sharp, pointy nails and she delivered beyond expectations. The shape was flawless, the design was bold, and the finish was so clean She worked with so much precision and made sure everything was symmetrical and sharp — just how I like it. Not only do they look amazing, but they also feel super strong and durable.
I told the lady Tina I was uncomfortable many times and I wanted to leave. She wouldn't let me leave. Resulted in all of them being rude and speaking vietnamese. I couldn't understand her English. She kept asking me...ok I hurt you? I dont understand what she was trying to tell me. Her English was so bad and it was very frustrating not being able to understand her. I paid full price even though she made my nails look horrible and she oiled my feet way too much.
