I told the lady Tina I was uncomfortable many times and I wanted to leave. She wouldn't let me leave. Resulted in all of them being rude and speaking vietnamese. I couldn't understand her English. She kept asking me...ok I hurt you? I dont understand what she was trying to tell me. Her English was so bad and it was very frustrating not being able to understand her. I paid full price even though she made my nails look horrible and she oiled my feet way too much.
Anna is wonderful, only person I will trust to do my nails!! Acrylics last 3+ weeks with no issues. Not only is she a great nail tech, she is also in medical school, wonderful person to support.
Store is clean. Employers are very talented yet so supportive of staff and the store offers multiple designs for customers to choose from. They have deluxe pedicures which are relaxing and comforting. We hope clients can come support the business and tell us what we need to improve on to make your experience here the best experience.
Great service and staff are friendly.
I have pedicure done today by Anna. Highly recommend. She is meticulous and attentive to details. We will be back
