I called to book an emergency appointment and was told that there are no spots available any time soon. Then, I called back after a few minutes, another lady answered the phone and booked me in right away with no problems. There were many appointments available in the next few days, the second receptionist gave me options to choose from.

They never pick up the phone! I’ve tried calling so many times for like 20 mins and nothing. My mom once called for 30 mins to book an appointment, went in person instead, and saw the receptionist on their personal phone. Ridiculous.
I had the best experience with Gillian and Janice during the prenatal and postnatal classes. Gillian taught me so much about pregnancy, and what to expect once baby is here. She even taught me how to collect colostrum through a video call. She was there to answer so many questions and concerns that my OB threw my way due to biases and stigma.
