The front desk seems overworked and definitely needs more people working there. It’s not right to see someone managing a job that’s meant for more than one person.the phones never seem to stop ringing. I just go to use the computers. Sometimes the printer doesn’t work and I ask reception but this is the 2nd time they have sort of hated that I even asked? I think they are overwhelmed. My family physician is wonderful however it is impossible to schedule an appointment. I wasted 46 minutes on hold just to receive an automated message saying that they were busier than usual and promptly hung up on me. They encourage you to book an appointment online however there are no available dates online.
They never answer phones .. longest waited time was 2 hrs just for someone to pick up it’s ridiculous
