I took my car to the Mazda Collision Center for the Appearance Protection service. When I picked it up five hours later, the scratches were still there and the dents were still dents—there was basically no difference. I couldn’t tell that anything had been done. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy Leasing Care; it’s a complete waste of money.
If you have options to take your car elsewhere, please do. I was forced to work with this place because of insurance twice. Both times: shoddy work &. inconsistent communication. Literally, pieces they replaced just fell off & both times acted is if they couldn’t be bothered. Had to be persistent & rude for them to follow through to get fixed. Don’t even want to imagine what it would it would be like to buy a car from them. 👎🏾
I highly recommend Carling Mazda's Collision Centre. I had excellent service from the day of the quote by Bob all the way to the day of pick-up after the repairs were done. Bohdan went above and beyond his job expectations when I picked my car up! When trying to pay half an hour before closing, my debit card limit was exceeded and Bohdan paid for the remainder of my bill with his card and I sent him an e-transfer. This was so generous and greatly appreciated!
