I highly recommend visiting Carling Mazda if you're interested in a brand new Mazda! This is the first time I visited a dealership to purchase a vehicle and I am glad I came into Carling Mazda. I was worried about the stereotypes of dealing with dealerships but I been very happy with the service we got; I don't have regrets after 2 months now (as of writing this review) of driving our CX-5 GS around the town. He answered all my questions promptly, whether by text or phone call, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. Best and easiest dealership experience I've had ever. The salesman Tristan knows his stuff. Explanation of car and features was very thorough and helpful more so since all the new tech was new to me. Finance manager very clear and knowledgeable as well. Overall great experience at carling mazda
