I want to specifically acknowledge Nathaniel Shand, and Matt Carlow at Carling Mazda, for the level of professionalism they displayed in working with me to close on a CX-9. I was treated like a VIP, they were very patient and thorough in their explanations of things, and the overall experience was easily the best dealership experience I've ever had. Nathaniel is a great no-pressure, sales person and Matt is the magician with the numbers. Carling Mazda for the Win!
I've bought two vehicles from this dealership and they've both been great experiences. Previously a Volvo S60 and recently a Mazda CX-30 and the process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Nathaniel was very helpful and even reached out a few weeks after ownership to see how things were going which was awesome. I have never had a more pleasurable experience buying a car as I did yesterday at Carling Mazda. Nathaniel Shand was exceptional. No pressure. Answered questions and didn't offer information that could have made me feel the car was being oversold.
