Commissioned this guy to do a complete new heating and boiler installation. Chosen on basis of these reviews and his Gas Safe accreditation, plus he was listed on his website as Worcester Accredited. Things went badly wrong, heating system had leaks, was not balanced correctly (which he failed to fix, and I had to pay elsewhere for a heating company to fix) , and I later discovered flue was installed not to specification - Worcester checked installation themselves and switched it all off with a "red notice" report. John was going to come to me on Sat but got caught up on another Job so came out on Sunday Morning at no extra cost, he did a great Job, was very polite and professional, I would defo use him again.

I was delighted with the service that I received from this company. The plumber came out to replace my tap the day after I called him. He did an excellent job and was very professional. I highly recommend this company and will certainly use it again.

Absolutely amazing, definitely will recommend to anyone and plus to come out on such short notice an late at night to repair a leak on a radiator I had, brilliant service and brilliant employees

Fitted a new valve.. Around a week later the heating just kept rising (I have a 3month old baby) . My wife messaged John via his phone, that was not replyed too. I messaged via website said he would contact me this morning.. It is now 4pm.. I believe he has fitted a faulty valve. I await being contacted..
