Very poor renting experience. The agency attempted to claim part of my bond for issues that were unreasonable and not clearly justified. Rest assured, the attempted bond claim was unsuccessful and my full bond was returned. There was constant turnover of property managers, so nothing was ever properly tracked. Communication was consistently poor. Overall I would never rent nor deal with Carlin Team again.
We recently sold our property with Nathan at The Carlin Team. We started the process more than 12 months ago and decided to put the move on hold due to a new baby. We picked this up in November and Nathan and the team were excellent. Nathan made the whole process easy and stress free.
