Initial communication with Carlin Team was quick and efficient, but unfortunately the follow-through was very disappointing. Some details I was told during purchase process turned out to be untrue when clarified with the strata company after settlement. Carlin are the best agent you can hope to use. Previously listed with another agent who struggled to get views and offers with very little communication. Nathan and Tom were great communicators and the experience was polar opposite, lots of views and offers - they also didn't hype up the expected sale price.
