I would definitely not recommend. Personally, I had the worst experience renting through here. I’ve switched real estates for about a year now and I’m having a much better experience and my stress levels have massively decreased. Please avoid.
Initial communication with Carlin Team was quick and efficient, but unfortunately the follow-through was very disappointing. Some details I was told during purchase process turned out to be untrue when clarified with the strata company after settlement. I had agreed on a time and date for key handover, which was confirmed within 24 hours of the agreed time, only to receive a call, an hour before the proposed key handover with a completely new time which was 6 hours later.
