The Service department team were so helpful and continued to update me on the progress of repairs. Nothing was too much trouble!
Dealer service for a few makes so they are busy and you need to book in. Had my car there twice recently. The first visit was OK, fixed that issue, but then needed to book in again to diagnose another problem (2 weeks wait and advised not to drive the car). The issue was diagnosed and found to be a known problem with this model that could/would have been known on the first visit. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, unless you need dealer services for your warranty.
These guys went above and beyond industry standard and expectations. I was traveling at the time, called them up and they got the car in the workshop that afternoon, which alone is beyond what anyone else would do. While fixing the car, the communication was stellar and the car came out like new. There was none of the typical bullsh!t we have come to expect from the car industry. Really happy and if I lived another hour or 2 closer they would have a life time customer. Thanks guys.
Today, at pick up after service Ryan’s way of explaining about service was very good 5 star to that bloke , other customer service staff needs to learn from that please , because when I went drop the car off the other guy on reception seemed a bit rude and in rush and wanted me to sign papers without even reading them and the other desk staffs appeared giggling on that. Paid 350$ for service but they did not even care to vaccum or give it a rinse and at the end gave me one token coin for car wash. Not happy if i compare to previous car service company. $$$
