We recently purchased a new 2025 Mercedes GLC200 through this dealership. Had my car serviced there a year ago. They lost my Mercedes service book. Told me it never had one. Funny thing is it had one! No service sticker in window. Emailed back and forth no book? Got on the road the wind screen wipers was not checked. Replaced them myself a week after service. Still not happy.

Received a phone call from Chris after registered interest in carsales. However, Chris keep talking about the procedure and shout at me saying I should be listening to him if I want to purchase the car. Please, I have been in car business for long and I am here ask something that I need to know. You should be listening to your customer and answer the questions that they asked. Not just keep talking on your own. You are way too rude for me, very disappointed experience.
