We (my wife and I) picked up our Carpento 360 a week ago, December 3, and have just spent 4 days camping near Nelson Bay, getting to know our new van. The handover process, through Sharmaine, was smooth and very helpful. Apart from a couple of minor issues, which I'm sure will be ironed out in the first service, we are very happy with Carlight and our new Carpento. Carlight has been very patient and supportive of me as a customer deciding on my purchase. The Eurovans are fantastic compact lightweight modern caravans. Customer service top class.
