I had my first appointment with Dr. Hupp this week. He allowed me the time I needed to provide him with the details of my respiratory issues which began when I was 12. I am 76 years old now and have some heart issues as well. Dr. Hupp is very professional and has a great personality. He answered all of my questions, made good recommendations regarding my medications and recommended that I get fully tested so that he could give me the best advice for managing my symptoms. Genesis hospital has been negligent in every way with my niece. It's the only hospital in proximity to where she lives but the majority of the staff seem to lack empathy and experience. They've put her life in danger more than once with their ignorance and neglect to find out what is going on with her body. Not to mention they almost gave her a heart attack when she was pregnant. My last few experiences have not been good with Anna. I loved her at first and she was good with my son, but she’s been extremely awful to work with as of the past year. Very short, rude, and doesn’t show one ounce of care. A physician is supposed to CARE. She won’t even spend 10 seconds to listen before prescribing. How is that safe? The staff acts clueless... you're left in a waiting area or a room far to long with no communication then met with excuses even with an appointment

WTF. Do they only have 1 Dr for the whole hospital. 2 hours and still waiting. 1 Star because they wouldn't let me choose none.
