The security personnel are friendly, serious, and helpful.
I was advised, in writing that as long as my monitoring was through Carleton Security they would warranty my system against any defects. When a front door sensor stopped working I was told the company changed hands and they would no longer honor this commitment. Not a great experience. The monitoring is fairly costly, compared to others. Will elevate to the BBB.
