I set up a tour of this facility a few months back. Very impressed with staff, especially MaKayla Very friendly, warm, and professional atmosphere. The clients seem happy and content. My husband's parents recently moved to the Moments Unit and our family is so incredibly impressed with this homey facility. The vibe felt is warm and homey and all staff treat you like family. The level of personal care and compassion provides a positive and pleasant experience and genuinely feel the love! Thanks to the amazing staff at Carleton Place Terrace my mother recovered from her recent fall. She was treated with dignity and compassion. From the dining staff to the nursing staff and everyone in between Carleton Place Terrace was warm and inviting. My mother flourished in their care. She says she is not ready for a retirement residence but hopes that when that day comes Carleton Place Terrace will have space for her. The staff are absolutely amazing! Our Dad was here for 60 days for respite care (96 years old). Everyone was so welcoming and inclusive. He had a couple of great hair cuts by Sharon in the salon, meals with friends 3 times a day, great live music events, more food than he could possibly eat, great medical attention, especially after a brief emergency stay.
