I'm not giving a 1-star review because of Roy's shoddy work that didn't pass inspection and had to be removed, nor because he worked at a glacial pace (if you met him, you'd know why). I'm not even giving him the worst possible review because he's banned from our building (from a previous customers negative experience), or the $2400 window he smashed ( I signed a waiver, that's on me). I'm 2 years late in my review. Roy installed 3 A/C's in my apartment. Neat work and professional. Very nice people. I recommend Carleton cooling for anyone.
