Previous renter here, and family owns a condo. Renting is fine. Owning though...This place is falling apart, so be very careful. Elevators are 40+ years old, and huge renovations are needed in the parking garage. Condo fees are already outrageous. Governance is a joke. Aged people monopolize positions on the board and create unenforceable nuisance rules. Visitor parking is joke, and the front entrance is dominanted by delivery, Uber and aged person drop-offs. The pool is always full with renters and guests or closed.
