One of the best buildings in the neighborhood
It's a high rise condominium building. While the condo fees appear high at first, it does include heat and hydro, plus the usual amenities. One of the common areas is the penthouse party room on the top level, which also gets power from the emergency generator. The building is also close to the city's freeway, a public transit hub, a 3 floor shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants and other stores.
Nice Curb appeal, roundabout very helpful for traffic control in front of the building.
