Fantastic building. Great superintendent/staff. The management seemed to be on top of all maintenance. Building was clean and well cared for. Nice location. Good sound proofing. The only negative point was that this building was incredibly hot on the south facing side. The windows don't allow for any airflow and a/c cannot keep up. The amount of heat had negatively affected my health. For example it would be below 0C outside with all windows open and 27C inside on a sunny day.
