I live here,the office has been making mistakes on my condo fees and states I owe money, it turns out they billed me for the unit in the other building. It was corrected by head office. when confronted today the reception denied,not even an apology and gave me attitude, then got mad when I gave her the same treatment. ..I own my unit,they work for the residents in the building not the other way around. Also the alarms g o off frequently. People let strangers in the building. I will move very soon.Tired of this place!
Infested with bedbugs, cockroaches and other insects. Do not recommend.
Lived here for a year and a half now. The building is good. Very well maintained. The management is very professional and responsive especially Nicole. There were ants in the apartment, but the Management responded and it is all good. Very clean hallways and lobby. I deducted one star because fire alarm goes one very often. It is so annoying. But it is understandable since it is an old building.
