Been here just a bit over a year and now people are friendly and welcoming and maintained good. On the other hand there's always cockroach and ant problems this building charge you for everything the building management and the board dont care about the people in the building and just want our money. Now that there doing a plumbing job I'm in another debt of 30G DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE these people are just money grabbers. Live here if you like: cockroaches, the constant sound of highway traffic, false fire alarms multiple times a month (sometimes multiple times a week), renovation noises above your head, no in-unit laundry, regularly broken down elevators (you can't even use the stairs, because they lock the doors to your floors), and the sound of garbage trucks waking you up in the morning. I lived here for 2-3 years. All that being said, the staff are very friendly. Only redeeming quality about this place.
Friendly entrance, must be tolerant of all cultures, all people need to be brotherly towards each other for the community
