I just had amazing service from Alex and his team. We had an issue with our furnace and he was so quick to respond and fix the situation in the dead of winter. He also made some recommendations how to run our cold air intake ( which we were doing all wrong) and then recently we just had our ducts cleaned by his team. We had a new furnace installed and we couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We will definitely be using them for our duct cleaning and any future Hvac/air conditioning needs.
We hired Carleton Clean Air in late 2024 for our new duplex build, and initially, the project was progressing fine. We made timely payments for each progress invoice and had encountered no issues. However, in March 2025, the owner, Alex Lamprogiannis, stopped communicating with us, and abandoned the project without any explanation. Despite our attempts to reach him over the past month by email, phone, and through the Better Business Bureau, he continues to ignore us. Alex has top notch customer service and Matt did amazing work and put in a long day to diagnose our broken 14 year old hot water tank, to going and getting all the parts and installing a new tankless system all in one day. They are local to me and will be my go to for all my future needs. This is how a business should be run.
We had a great experience. Excellent communication. Thorough, professional work. Alex and Matt solved a tricky problem for us, like the Sherlock and Watson of HVAC.
