Love this place, best pharmacy in town. Unfortunately, being part of Carle means they have their IT support, or lack of. Recent upgrade of the ordering system resulted in orders now going through MyCarle.com or app, TOTALLY ignoring the Pet population that gets prescriptions here. My understanding is they will have a way for pets to have accounts in MyCarle with a dummy SSN, or something. I can't wait to see how well this works. Wow, I'm baffled at how rude the woman I talked on the phone was. I was calling regarding my profile that I was trying to transfer to their pharmacy. I was checking to see if all my medication was in their system so I knew where to refill at. She kept asking what I wanted refilled. I again re-explained my inquiry. Her response was "mmhmmmm" and then she hung up and now they refuse to answer the phone.... Who do I need to contact at Carle about this issue?
FRUSTRATED. "MyCarle" prompted me to phone the pharmacy. The pharmacy does NOT answer the phone. After the automation keeps callers on the line, there is no option for voice mail---the call is rudely ended with no warning. Happened to me 4 times in one day. So, I drove there only to encounter a dour, unhelpful person. I decided to transfer the script but she would not do so upon my face-to-face request. Said they will only transfer a script if the new pharmacy calls them. CVS could not get them to answer for the rest of that... read more
