Dr. Warner was fabulous and I miss her already. I had a visit with the Nurse Practitioner the next time and it wasNOT good. You need more Dr. Warners.
Love the care and understanding they give to their patients
Dr Warner's knowledge and expertise continue to amaze me each visit. If not for her observant skills my brain condition may have still gone unnoticed. But she ordered an MRI and it was discovered that I suffer from white matter disease. The prognosis is 5 to 20 years with declining mental cognitive ability. Although I am devastated by the news I have processed it I met with Dr Warner today to discuss it and she assures me we're going to take good care of me. I trust Oak Street with my health and with my life I recommend them... read more
I love this place,everyone is so nice and professional. Dr Warner is great,she is so easy to talk to and listens to what is going on with me.
