My wife had her KUB ultrasound. I was just worried about my pregnant wife's conditon. So I just stood up on my seat and tried to take a look at the ultrasound machine screen. Just curious. Then tech asked me "Do you even know what you're looking at?" I told her "No" and her response was "Then just sit down" Like, what the heck is that all about?
Cannot do the one job that they are given. Very rude and useless. I have been trying to schedule my MRI for the past month and they cannot do anything about it, ridiculous and very disappointing. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Hearing Julie and Amber in reception loudly discuss how bothered they were to be doing my partner’s paperwork for a walk in X Ray— after waiting in pain for nearly an hour— was disheartening and extremely frustrating. Hoping that if we absolutely have to come here again, the staff receives us with more understanding.
Staff will ask you about medical situation and history and then ignore it. When you reach out to follow up, they blame it on the doctor office. Now telling me I have to have a bad/failed MRI (means I have to pay cash) before they order correct MRI that can be finished (meaning insurance will pay for it). So basically they want paid twice for the job they could do once, without the added patient stress. Typical Carle behavior. Not recommended for people that need help or are suffering.
