I typically do not share personal information on Facebook or social media but I am at a point that I feel I have nowhere else to go. I paid $800 in late March for my son to have the testing he needs towards an autism diagnosis so I can get him the ABA therapy he needs to be successful on top of already battling his ODD struggles. Dr. Pro has been my psychiatrist for 2 years now I haven't had any major issues. I'm in the substance abuse program and I have ADD so my medication is very tricky to get right. My previous psychiatrist was the best one that I had ever had and dry pro had some really big shoes to fill(she literally found out i had a rare blood disease and saved my life because she wouldn't give up making sure I felt 100% ok). He has continued what she started very well and I would recommend him to anyone
Even though I have health insurance and this provider is in my network, I was charged nearly $600 for a one-time consult. I received no warning whatsoever that I would receive such an exorbitant charge. When I called to demand an explanation I was brushed off. I am writing to warn potential patients that billing here is not transparent, and you will likely be grossly overcharged with no warning or explanation. It is shameful and unethical to treat patients seeking mental health treatment in this manner.
Extremely rude front desk staff who are condescending and dismissive. They clearly hate their jobs. However, the psychiatrist I see is great. 👍
I’m convinced that staff takes walk-in before patients. I’ve never been seen on time for an appointment. I feel that I am owed money especially for my final appointment. Doctor was late, I left my phone than missed the appointment.
