I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Dr. Williams here at the Carle Place family medicine he’s always gone above and beyond. Always listens, I will say he is one of the only doctors that has made me feel heard. The nurses have always been kind. I have never had a problem with getting an appointment or an emergency appointment.

I had a semi-urgent medical condition and I was able to be seen the same day. All of the nurses were kind and understanding. My doctor was extremely reassuring and understood exactly what I was dealing with. I left feeling assured that my health was in good hands. Very professional staff and everyone there really pays attention and asks the right questions. Thank you guys so much for making me feel like an actual person and not just a number on a waitlist.

Since new management the office has just consistently gone down hill. The office staff specifically the MA’s and RN’s are absolutely terrible. Horrible horrendous bedside manner. No interest of you in mind. They all seem to be very angry and very agitated. You can cut the tension with the dullest butter knife in the room. The office itself is quite dirty and very unsanitary. “I’ve been a patient a CPFM coming up on a year now, while the doctors I’ve been treated by are all really caring & well versed in what they do the rest of the clinical staff is NOT, I have been inside exam rooms and can clearly hear and see Medical Assistant’s and Nurses speaking in negative fashions about other patients and co-workers.
