BEWARE!!! The receptionists and medical team are some of the worst I have ever have been treated by. Not kind, very impatient and they dont seem to care about the patients what so ever. Waited 2 Weeks trying to get my prescription that was ordered by Dr. Natayla Machado. first it was never sent to the pharmacy, then they didnt send over the Prior Approval, then they refilled the same prescription again without PA again so rinse and repeat that conversation. called the office over 5 times, and even went in person to speak to ... read more
Another office that just dismisses your health and excepts you to be healthy. I have been through a lot and developed a chronic illness and hoping this place would give me some answers. Each doctor I had left the practice and it’s hard to even make an appointment with a pcp. It’s confusing, the staff is kind and professional. I just may need a second opinion. Thank you for your time, hoping to find the right doctor.
To start , My primary care doctor is the absolute best . How ever the service n process to just speak with her is horrible . The nurses rude , don’t care about your health . all they want is your money . Pick any other location if you have the choice
The most rude staff and they make you feel like trash. I just got out of emergency without getting any treatment! Waisted 2 hours without any care the most rude nurse I have seen in my life
