The most rude staff and they make you feel like trash. I just got out of emergency without getting any treatment! Waisted 2 hours without any care the most rude nurse I have seen in my life

I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Dr. Williams here at the Carle Place family medicine he’s always gone above and beyond. Always listens, I will say he is one of the only doctors that has made me feel heard. The nurses have always been kind. I have never had a problem with getting an appointment or an emergency appointment.
I had a semi-urgent medical condition and I was able to be seen the same day. All of the nurses were kind and understanding. My doctor was extremely reassuring and understood exactly what I was dealing with. I left feeling assured that my health was in good hands. Very professional staff and everyone there really pays attention and asks the right questions. Thank you guys so much for making me feel like an actual person and not just a number on a waitlist.
Dr. Scarascia and the nurses are the best!!!
