Not knowing the new policy about rescheduling 3 appointments in a year the specialist will drop you. Doesn't matter if you have a blizzard or covid. You better show up. Funny when they rescheduled me each time but didn't mention this new policy at all . Yet my primary Doctor doesn't have this policy!
Carle Doctors are great! Carle Corporation is moral bankrupt entity. They bill in a manner to maximize profits from insurance and patients. I have been double billed for a single appointment (yes, it is legal, but not moral). I have been over billed and told by billing I am correct, but nothing is ever corrected. All my issues have been disputed through the proper channels, they correct, re-code, and return with the exact same bill, but with "new" coding. Didn't get a physical when you were healthy? Don't bother calling when you are sick. They will only schedule new patients for a 60 minute physical with a three week wait or more; they absolutely will not see you for an acute condition. For example, if you have an infection that should be seen within a few days, you could very easily be taken away in a hearse before you could get in to see a doctor here.
