Connie doesn't care about her patients Nor do any of the Other fake Doctors in that tiny office!!!! My grandmother has a broken Back broken foot you name it! & Her pain medicine was ready on the 6th yet CONNIE ALWAYS LEAVES AND NEVER NEVER ANSWERS ANYONES CALLS OR EMAILS!!!! MY WHOLE FAMILY HAS BLOWN UP THE OFFICE WHILE CONNIE FORGOT TO SIGN HER SCRIPT?! NOW GRANNY HAS BEEN CRYING FOR 2DAYS STRAIGHT!?!?! PROMISE YOU IM GOING TO GO TO HER HOUSE IN HOOPSTON AND GET HER ATTENTION!!!!!!!!
Horrible place to have to go. Provider has massive ego that gets in the way of doing her job. Once bragged for 15 minutes about the patients she sees during my 20 minute appointment. Will do punitive things like cancel prescriptions if you complain. Refuses to treat pain even when it is clearly so bad it causes other problems. She once laughed at me for nearly wrecking a motorcycle because of thoracic outlet syndrome. She laughed another time about a personal problem I was having. Connie is a wonderful provider. In fact, she goes above and beyond. My wife loves her. However, she lacks compassion and patience. Cut and dry cases she is great with, but my borderline personality disorder and fibromyalgia were too frustrating for her to manage. She responded to a message in my carle that I was wasting her staffs time. She and I have done all that we can to treat my fibromyalgia (a medical mystery diagnosis), but she was unable to handle the pain and fear that I was left without any treatment.
