I would genuinely recommend going to any other location; after the way I was treated today by this location I would rather go without labs and testing before I return ever again. I had a nuclear lab today that is 4 hrs long, I showed up on time to be told my appointment isn't today and is 3 weeks away. Then apparently the only person who could clear any of this up wasn't in nor were any administrators present. That person arrived and owned up her mistake and called to apologize to me. Great nurses doctors
Been sitting in ER with a kid who is extremely sick for two hours but people who have came in after us have been seen. UNACCEPTABLE !! Won’t ever come back
I love the Emergency Department here. The staff were all so friendly (minus one who laughed when I told her what was going on with me). I felt heard and very taken care of. They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and checked in on me multiple times.
