Everyone was really nice. It didn't take me long to get seen.
Was put in a room and forgot about for over an hour while the doctor proceeded to see multiple people who showed up after I did. I was told several times I would be seen soon only to continue to wait with no updates or proper communication. Extremely unprofessional for a medical establishment that’s supposed to help people. I do not recommend seeking care here.
I love charlotte and her team.!! Always professional. I worked in a doctor's office, so I know sometimes that you have to wait, and things happen beyond our control.
I have been diagnosed with kidney disease and have already had surgery and my gfr low and I can't get in to see my doctor/ nurse for 6 weeks....I've been with them for 20 years and I'm looking for a knew office completely now. I'm done with Charlotte Ann Russell
