Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The older lady at the front window treats clients worse than i treat my dog. It is not an ongoing or isolated incident.
